dining with salvatore denaro by the tiber

Just in case you missed it, here is the short piece I wrote for the New York Times last week, on dining by the Tiber in Rome this summer.


And yes, that’s Salvatore Denaro cookin’ things up in Rome. Formerly of Bacco Felice in Foligno, he can be reached through Arnaldo Caprai where he is currently the cook in residence. Contact them to find out about spending a day cooking with the maestro.
